When people hear your NAME or your BUSINESS do they know what you do?
If not, you might be a little shy with your self-promotion.
How the hell are you going to help people if they don’t know what you do?
Show your work and tell people about it.
It’s easier to maintain a customer than it is to acquire a new one.
Spend the MAJORITY of your time adding insane value to your current customers.
But always be marketing.
Everyone knows referrals are essential for a business.
What most people don’t know is that there is an art to asking for referrals.
1. Add value FIRST, then ask.
2. Be VERY specific with your ask.
3. Offer incentives for referrals.
