Having difficulty creating content?
Here is my 3-step formula.

It doesn’t matter what degree you have or how many letters are behind your name.
We are FEELING creature first and THINKING creature second.
We buy with emotion, and justify with logic.
Which means we have to start by getting people to feel something.
- Happy
- Angry
- Sad
- Surprised
- Inspired
The choice is yours, but always start your content with emotion.
The best way to elicit emotion?
Tell a story.
- What have you experienced?
- What have you failed at?
- What have you succeeded at?
Your life IS a story… share it.
Our content starts with emotion… but it’s followed by logic.
After we feel, we are now primed to learn.
- So, what did you learn?
- What are your insights?
- What perspective change did you have?
- What life lesson can you pull from your story?
Tell people exactly what they should do.
Give them a solution to a problem.
There is always someone a few steps behind of you… teach them.
After we have felt and we have learned.
We are open for a request.
They are now wondering, “what do you want me to do next?”
This is your opportunity to ask for engagement.
- “Comment below”
- “DM me”
- “Give it a thumbs up”
Don’t leave people hang’n from the pull-up bar.
Give them a spot.
Tap into our human desire for connection… provide a request.
